ABOUT

Pacific Flyway acquires its name from The Pacific Flyway, a major migratory path stretching from Alaska/Canada to Patagonia, where millions of birds follow seasonal rhythms to find the most vibrant, resource rich habitats.  Pacific Flyway draws inspiration and purpose from this migration corridor, building places where people naturally want to gather, stay, and thrive – in neighborhoods that matter and meet the needs of people’s season of life

Pacific Flyway Investments strives to create the key connection through Great Streets to elevate Great Neighborhoods, Habitats, and Ecosystems for People.  Neighborhoods are an ecosystem, in constant state of change, they require stewardship, culture, and balance to be resilient. We are long-term stakeholders in these neighborhoods, as we are in our environments, requiring our firm to take the long view in everything we do.

Scott is the Founder and Principal of Pacific Flyway Investments.  Prior to launching Pacific Flyway in 2025, Scott was the VP of Development at FABRIC Investments focused on ground-up and adaptive reuse urban infill developments in San Diego’s North County coastal cities.

Scott has held development and investment roles with IQHQ REIT, Brookfield Properties (formerly OliverMcMillan), and Locale Advisors over his 10+ year apprenticeship.

Scott’s institutional background paired with entrepreneurial experiences at a boutique firm developed a unique real estate investment perspective. His multidisciplinary experience and knowledge was learned by action, through challenges in the field, and over full project life cycles across varying product types and business plans, further solidify his strong foundation.

Scott is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and resides in Cardiff-by-the-sea with his wife Macey. Scott enjoys adventures; surfing, fly fishing, waterfowl hunting, cooking, exploring in nature, and developing his next real estate project.

Scott is a ULI Young Leaders group leader and former Board Member. He has earned the REFM Certification and University of San Diego Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development Certificate. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), California Waterfowl, and is a California Trout volunteer.
