Pacific Flyway Investments is a commercial real estate operator, developer, investor, and advisor working in two markets we know intimately: San Diego County, California and the Treasure Valley, Idaho. We take the neighborhood main streets people already love, acquire irreplaceable infill at a basis that protects the downside, and elevate it past the category standard, then hold it for the long term. We pair the underwriting discipline and reporting standards of an institution with the craft and responsiveness of a boutique, and we invest our own capital alongside our partners on every deal. We are investment builders, not merchant builders: we measure success by the return visit and the compounding decade, not the quick sale.
